White Tea

White tea is delicate, lightly processed and usually lower in caffeine than black or green tea. It is soft, fragrant and best brewed gently.

  • Best for: lighter cups, afternoon tea, low-caffeine routines and refined gifting.
  • Taste cues: soft, floral, fruity, pear-like, strawberry, cranberry or naturally sweet.
  • Brew guide: cooler water and a gentle steep help preserve white tea's delicate flavour.
