Cucumber Mint Green Iced Tea Sangria

This cucumber mint green iced tea sangria is crisp, fragrant and made for sharing. Use it as a non-alcoholic jug drink, or add wine for an adult version.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Jasmine Superior
- 750 ml water at 75-80°C
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 lemon or lime, sliced
- 1 cup green grapes or apple slices
- Fresh mint
- Ice
- Optional: 250 ml white wine or sparkling water
Method
- Steep Jasmine Superior for 2-3 minutes, then strain.
- Cool the tea, then chill it in the fridge.
- Add cucumber, citrus, fruit and mint to a jug.
- Pour over the chilled tea.
- Add ice and top with sparkling water or white wine if using.
