Cucumber Mint Green Iced Tea Sangria

This cucumber mint green iced tea sangria is crisp, fragrant and made for sharing. Use it as a non-alcoholic jug drink, or add wine for an adult version.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Jasmine Superior
  • 750 ml water at 75-80°C
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 lemon or lime, sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes or apple slices
  • Fresh mint
  • Ice
  • Optional: 250 ml white wine or sparkling water

Method

  1. Steep Jasmine Superior for 2-3 minutes, then strain.
  2. Cool the tea, then chill it in the fridge.
  3. Add cucumber, citrus, fruit and mint to a jug.
  4. Pour over the chilled tea.
  5. Add ice and top with sparkling water or white wine if using.
