Strawberry Kiwi Iced Tea Spritz

This strawberry kiwi iced tea spritz is light, sharp and easy to make by the glass or jug. It uses Strawberry Kiwi loose leaf fruit tea as the base, then adds citrus and bubbles for a fresh warm-weather drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Strawberry Kiwi loose leaf tea
  • 500 ml freshly boiled water
  • 250 ml sparkling water, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
  • Ice
  • Fresh strawberries, kiwi or mint, optional

Method

  1. Steep the Strawberry Kiwi tea in freshly boiled water for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Strain and cool, then chill in the fridge.
  3. Fill glasses with ice and fruit.
  4. Pour in chilled tea until each glass is two-thirds full.
  5. Top with sparkling water and citrus juice, then stir gently.
