Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is partially oxidised, sitting between green and black tea. It can be floral, creamy, roasted or silky, and many oolongs re-steep beautifully.

  • Best for: slow cups, multiple infusions and tea drinkers who like layered flavour.
  • Taste cues: milky, buttery, orchid-like, smooth, mineral or lightly roasted.
  • Brew guide: use near-boiling water and try a second steep to see the leaf open further.
